We build your go-to-market strategy. Then we run it.

Strategy

Bringing a product to market rarely comes down to one great strategy or one great campaign. It works when the science, the people, and the execution line up, and stay lined up. We build the go-to-market strategy that gets them there.

Translation

We translate complex science into meaningful value for every audience, so the message stays credible and clinically relevant whether it's landing with R&D, sales, or the exam room.

Execution

Then we stay on as an extension of your team to run it: the launch, the sales enablement, the follow-through.

Everyone should tell the same story. Most don’t.

The problem usually isn’t the product.

Most companies don't struggle for lack of good ideas or talented people. A go-to-market strategy typically slows because of two gaps.

One is inside the organization. Leadership, R&D, technical, regulatory, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams all bring valuable expertise, but they also have different priorities, timelines, and ways of communicating. Without someone connecting those perspectives, important initiatives lose momentum, opportunities fall through the cracks, and the value proposition becomes less clear as it moves from team to team.

The other gap is outside the organization: the way a product is positioned doesn't always align with how the market experiences it or the problems customers are trying to solve. Close one gap without the other, and even a strong commercialization strategy can lose traction.

We work on both at once.

At its core, both challenges come down to friction. Friction between teams. Friction between technical expertise and customer understanding. Friction between what your product is designed to do and how its value is ultimately communicated.

Our role is to reduce that friction by connecting teams that think differently, translating complex ideas into meaningful value, and helping organizations bring products to market with clarity, consistency, and momentum.

Our
Solutions

“Collaborative” is the model, not the mood. A core strategy team leads, then pulls in the exact specialists your go-to-market calls for: regulatory, design, video, digital, clinical. One partner accountable, the right expert on every piece.

Strategy

What should we say

We start with positioning: where your product fits in the market, whether the market is ready for it, and what genuinely sets it apart from the alternatives your customers are already weighing.

From there we build the launch and portfolio strategy, so each product has a clear path to market and a clear role in the bigger commercial picture.

And we keep the strategy honest with real market input: voice-of-customer interviews, sales feedback, message refinement, and KPI dashboards that tell us what's landing, so the plan keeps improving instead of expiring.

Translation

How does everyone say it the same

Good science deserves better than jargon. We turn evidence into value propositions that keep the substance and lose the complexity, so the message lands as credible and clinically relevant to the people expected to use it.

Then we equip your teams to carry that message with confidence, through sales enablement, internal training, and customer education built around one consistent story.

Launch toolkits, speaker resources, and playbooks put the same story in everyone's hands, so the message holds up whether it's coming from a rep, a speaker, or a partner.

Execution

How do we get people to use it

We stay on to run the work: launch management, cross-functional coordination, conference strategy, and fractional commercialization leadership when you need senior hands on the wheel.

Creative gets executed through vetted specialist teams — design, video, web, SEO, social, CRM, automation, and paid — with us accountable for keeping every piece on message.

And we help you put AI to work in your commercial operation: consulting on where it actually earns its keep, then implementing it hands-on, from content operations to CRM and reporting automation.

It’s all about a dialogue

A few words from our clients.

I highly recommend Jackie for any marketing or product development role.

Her deep experience and knowledge of marketing strategies and creating market-ready product launches are significant assets to any team. Having collaborated with Jackie on several product platforms, I have seen firsthand that she brings her best to every conversation and is exceptionally dedicated to everything she puts her mind to.

She would be a valuable addition to your organization.

Joe Lauer, National Accounts

I have had the pleasure of working with Jackie to launch our nonprofit association, the American Association of Veterinary Technicians, and she has been exceptional from day one. She consistently brings fresh, innovative ideas and, more importantly, has the expertise to turn those ideas into reality. What sets Jackie apart is her ability to explain not just the "how," but also the "why" behind her strategies, making every decision thoughtful and purposeful.

As someone with a degree in Marketing, I can honestly say I have learned a great deal from Jackie. Her knowledge, creativity, and willingness to share her expertise have made a lasting impression. She is a true professional and an invaluable asset to any organization or team.

Ryan Frazier, MBA, BS, LVT  American Association of Veterinary Technicians

I had the pleasure of recently working with Jackie on a veterinary cleaning and disinfection project for a commercial client. Jackie was amazing!  From our first meeting through the final report, she was always highly organized and prepared, keeping the work moving forward to meet the client's goals, while ensuring everyone's input was considered and addressed.  Jackie's insight into the veterinary market and day-to-day activities in veterinary practice was unique and something that sets her apart from others doing this work.  This allowed her to tap into existing relationships, knowledge, and opportunities that would otherwise not have been possible.   As a veterinary scientist and educator who is passionate about doing all I can for our profession and patients, I felt Jackie always had a great handle on ensuring the resulting product was something that aligned with everyone's needs - was scientifically sound, defendable, and aimed to promote a healthier environment for clients, veterinary staff and patients.

Our Creative Founders.

Jackie and Lindsey spent their careers on opposite sides of the same moment, one helping companies bring good products to market, the other welcoming those products into the exam room. Both believe the same thing: when the science is strong and the story stays clear at every handoff, adoption follows naturally. Linley Collaborative is the team they built to make that happen together.

(pronounced "Cook")

Lindsey built her independent consulting business helping animal health companies navigate the space where science, business, and veterinary practice intersect. Along the way, she discovered that the biggest challenges rarely stem from the science itself. They arise when experts from different disciplines struggle to align around a common goal. Her through-line: helping researchers, product teams, marketers, software developers, sales organizations, and veterinarians understand each other, so innovation moves confidently from discovery to adoption. At Linley Co., she brings that same collaborative approach to organizations tackling complex initiatives.

Jackie spent nearly twenty years in growth, sales, and brand, from the public sector to construction to animal health, including the executive seat at Virox, where she helped build the most recognized name in animal health disinfectants. Along the way, she learned that growth rarely stalls for lack of good ideas. It stalls when teams chase it without a shared direction behind it. Her through-line: taking complicated things and making them land, so customers actually get it and buy. At Linley Co., she builds the direction whole teams can get behind, and stays to help carry it out.

Our Process

Some clients bring us a full commercialization challenge. Others bring us one piece of it, like a message that isn't landing or a launch that needs a steady hand coordinating it. Either way, the approach is the same. Every Linley engagement is built on three principles, in the order good work actually happens.

Connect

Good work succeeds when the right people are working toward shared goals with clear direction. So we start by bringing together the right perspectives and expertise, inside your organization and, where it helps, from our network of trusted specialists. Before anyone writes a message or builds a plan, everyone involved understands what we're trying to accomplish and why.

Clarify

Every audience interprets value differently, and each one deserves communication that respects how they think and make decisions. We help define what matters most, then make sure it's understood by every audience that touches the work, from your own teams to the veterinarians, producers, and partners you serve. Internal or external, the goal is the same: understanding, not confusion.

Execute

Ideas create potential. Execution creates impact. Once the plan exists, we stay engaged, helping your team maintain momentum, coordinate the moving pieces, and bring the work across the finish line. Recommendations only create value when they become action. We stay until they do.

Whatever you're bringing to market, it deserves to arrive clearly.

Bring us the whole challenge or the one piece that's stuck. We'll help you figure out where to start.
